Our Guarantee: At Peekaboo Art, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt.
Just repack the gift in its original packaging with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative. Include the GR number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Peekaboo Art is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Mistake on the Item: We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates! Please review your order carefully. Double check your spelling, dates and names through each phase of the checkout process. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we'll offer it to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.
