Q. How is Peekaboo Artwork produced?
A. Each Peekaboo Art print is an original graphic design exclusively created by our in-house designer and professionally printed onto premium quality archival art paper. Using the very latest in digital printmaking technology, we are able to produce outstanding professional quality images.

Q. How long will it take to receive my personalized print?
A. We realize that many items are purchased as last-minute gift ideas. But please remember that we create each print individually for you or your recipient.
Standard Orders: All standard orders placed with Peekaboo Art are processed and shipped with in 2-3 weeks from receipt of order. All orders are shipped by ground service via USPS.
Rush Orders: Please allow up to 5 - 6 business days for processing and delivery. An additional $10 processing fee for all "Unframed Rush Orders" will apply. Rush deliveries are sent Second Day Air Service and will also be subject to a higher shipping charge. Sorry, but Saturday or Sunday deliveries are not available.

Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A. Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email status update that will provide you with a tracking number for your order as well as a link to the Yahoo Store! Order Status Page.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. At Peekaboo Art, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt.

Q. I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
A. We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates! Please review your order carefully. Double check your spelling, dates and names through each phase of the checkout process. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we'll offer it to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Peekaboo Art accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

Q. How do I redeem a Gift Certificate or Savings Coupon?
A. Select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate number or coupon code during the ordering process at step two of checkout. Even if the amount of your certificate or savings coupon is greater than the amount of your purchase, we'll still need your credit card number to process your order. After you enter your credit card number, you will see a box marked "Coupon or Promotional Code". Simply enter your gift certificate or coupon code, and when you're finished, click the "Continue" button. The amount of the certificate or coupon will then be deducted from your order sub-total (All coupon discounts are applied to your merchandise subtotal prior to adding any applicable tax or shipping charges.).

Q. How can I submit a testimonial?
A. If you have received or purchased a Peekaboo Art print and would like to submit your own review, please email a short testimonial along with a picture (.jpeg format and less than 40K in size) to info@peekabooart.com.
