Secure Ordering: All online transactions are handled with industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. This provides a secure shopping environment for you, our valued customer.

Placing Your Order: After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Peekaboo Art. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Secondly, you will be notified when your order has shipped or if there are changes/updates to your order.

International Orders: Peekaboo Art is unable to process international orders at this time.

Gift Certificates: Peekaboo Art gift certificates are available in denominations of $25 and $50 and will not be taxed. Gift certificates are emailed directly to the recipient by Yahoo Store! within one business day.

To redeem a gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate number during the ordering process at step two of checkout. Even if the amount of your certificate is greater than the amount of your purchase, we'll still need your credit card number to process your order. After you enter your credit card number, you will see a box marked "Coupon or Promotional Code". Simply enter your gift certificate code, and when you're finished, click the "Continue" button. The amount of the certificate will then be deducted from your final order total.

Exchanges & Returns

Our Guarantee: At Peekaboo Art, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt.

Just repack the gift in its original packaging with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

• Contact our customer service department. Our staff is available Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00 pm (PST). You can contact us via email at customerservice@peekabooart.com or by calling 1-415-533-5469.

• Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative. Include the GR number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Peekaboo Art is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Mistake on the Item: We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates! Please review your order carefully. Double check your spelling, dates and names through each phase of the checkout process. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we'll offer it to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 7.25% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses except as directed by the California State Board of Equalization. Following is a list of major counties and their respective tax rates:

7.75%: Orange, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernadino, San Diego
8.25%: Alameda, Contra Costa, Los Angeles, Santa Clara
8.50%: San Francisco.

Using A Coupon or Promotion Code

Peekaboo Art promotion codes are redeemed during the ordering process at step two of checkout. After you enter your billing information, you will see a box that says "Coupon or Promotional Code". Simply enter your promotion or source code, and when you are finished, move on to the next section. Your promotional discount will be factored into your final order upon checkout and will be reflected in your order summary (All coupon discounts are applied to your merchandise subtotal prior to adding any applicable tax or shipping charges.).
